Start WS_FTP / WS_FTP LE
Enter your domain name in Profile , Host Name is "ftp.itss-int.com",in User ID enter your FTP Username. The format for your user name is "ITSS0099". Enter your password in the password field. tick the save password box if you want to save your password.
After connect , use the left and right arrow to transfer.
